1 Confirm the pattern,webbing material,buckle material and leather material,plus the shape of the leather tab.This is the first thing that we make sure the strap is what the customer what.
 
2 Purchase the raw material,inspect the raw material before printing patterns,this is for the sublimation printing straps.The raw material is white polyester webbing.If there is some black dot or yellow dot,the raw material will return to the supplier.
 
For the sublimation strap,it also need inspect after it printed to make sure there is no black dot or other dirty things on the strap.

 
3 Inspect the strap after the webbing cut into pieces,ususally 2’’ long
 
4 Insert the triglide buckle and loop,sew the leather tab.Pick out the defective strap when packing
